I Write Sins Not Tragedies - Panic! at The Disco
Naturally, this is number one on my list. "WHAT A Beautiful Hymeneals!" Brendon Urie takes us back to singing not-bad words over the curse words in this song. Thankfully my friend's strict parents never noticed the lyrics to this one, and we got to jam it on our rides to schoolhouse every morning.
Stolen - Dashboard Confessional
Nashville-dweller Chris Carrabba slows things down with Dashboard Confessional'southward Stolen. If this song wasn't on your makeout playlist, so what were you even doing in high schoolhouse? Dashboard ever brought those ooey-gooey feels.
A Walk Through Hell - Say Anything
I may be biased considering I definitely played this song at my wedding ceremony and drunk-danced with my new husband and all our friends. Max Bemis can write a dramatic, emo, love song. Nix gets more angsty than this tune.
I Will Follow Y'all Into The Night - Death Cab For Cutie
This is another that would be a great first trip the light fantastic toe song. I scribbled these lyrics all over my notebook before I even had a fellow. This is a archetype emo song that deserves a slow-dance spot on your wedding playlist.
First 24-hour interval of My Life - Vivid Eyes
Numer 1 for a first dance vocal is this Brilliant Optics tune. Conor Oberst but knows how to tell a story. I still add this song to all my session playlists and mind to it anytime I am feeling extra romantic. Brilliant Eyes is always a good choice for any situation.
The Simply Exception - Paramore
I couldn't leave out my favorite band. Paramore literally wrote the soundtrack to my life. I swear Hayley Williams is my twin flame. I have listened to this ring since I was 12 and I don't plan on stopping anytime soon. If you want a solid dull trip the light fantastic toe tune that all your emo friends will sing along to, this is it.
Sugar, Nosotros're Going Downwardly - Fall Out Boy
"A LOADED GOD Complex. COCK It AND PULL It," we all screamed like we understood what that meant. You'll become the same enthusiasm when your DJ drops this tune at your wedding. If y'all want people to become rowdy, play old Fall Out Male child songs.
Famous Last Words - My Chemical Romance
Is it an emo, song list without MCR? No. Famous Last Words volition get your night popping. No truthful former-emo-kid can resist singing along and dancing to My Chemic Romance.
Check Yes, Juliet - We The Kings
CLASSIC. Nosotros The Kings was my kickoff independent outing to a concert. I call back I was 13 or 14. My cousin brought me to their show in Memphis, TN and some girl nearly us got mad that we wouldn't share our h2o with her. I got to hold hands with the atomic number 82 vocalizer, Travis Clark, for a moment during this vocal. I thought I was SO Cool for that.
Ocean Artery - Yellowcard
This vocal set all my sk8r boi romance expectations. This song had a huge moment. This definitely brings me back to loftier schoolhouse skipping lunch sitting in the band room with my headphones in.
E'er - Blink182
The danciest of songs, Always really brings the party. Everyone loves Blink182. You may even go your aunts and uncles to the flooring for this one.
